The end result was even better than I imagined! Every day when I came home, the place was spotless and there was no trace of them ever being in the home. Highly recommend family restoration. They did a great job installing new floor in our basement and converting laundry room into a spare bedroom. Lou was very communicative throughout the project. They are very courteous, always left our place clean and followed COVID precaution. I would use them again for our future project.

I engaged Lou and he did a perfect job on my basement. This involved removing carpet and treating my floor for pet urine issues, recommending, purchasing and installing vinyl plank flooring , cutting angled trim pieces and touching up paint. I am very happy with the finished product!

We had Family Restoration come in and refinish our basement and first floor after some water damage and we are so pleased with their work! Everything was very prompt and well taken care of. Lou made sure to keep us up to date with all progress so even though we were temporarily uprooted, it never felt like an inconvenience.

They just completely remodeled my bathroom and did a fantastic job! Definitely recommend this company and look forward to using them for future projects!

Honestly, where do I begin.. we bought our house in April 2016.. it is now December 2016.. we bought a total rehab house and basically tore the whole thing to the studs.. we went through two contractors that just couldn't work with our needs and the communication wasn't there whatsoever.. we put our house on hold. until we came across family restoration. Lou is amazing. He knew from the beginning exactly what we wanted and asked no questions. We trusted him and the company so much that we didn't even need to stop by the house to see how things were going. Lou had it under control. In two short months Family restoration gutted our entire house and made it home for my husband, newborn baby, and myself. Not only was his work outstanding and a great person to work with, he became a friend. This week we will be moving in! Thank you Lou and everyone at Family Restoration! We highly recommend them!
